Ventura - Children's World Preschool

Non-Denominational Preschool for Ages 2-6

Children’s World, located at 7620 Foothill Road in Ventura (on-site at Temple Beth Torah). We provide a variety of programs, including the Reggio Emilia approach, Traditional Preschool, Transitional Kindergarten, a Toddler program, and Parent & Me classes.

As a non-denominational school founded in 1967, we aim to offer families an alternative educational option for their children. Our curriculum is secular, and we do not incorporate religious teachings or national holidays into our classrooms.

Additionally, we offer Parent & Me courses designed for families with infants, toddlers, and two-year-olds.

SCHEDULE

Preschool and Transitional Kindergarten Programs are from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Parent and Me Infants: 9:00-9:40 am
Toddlers: 9:00-Noon

We also offer Early Care from 7:30 am-8:55 am, Lunch, Enrichment, and Late Care Programs from 12:00 pm-5:30 pm (4:00 pm on Fridays)

Philosophy

Our quality program is based on the knowledge that all children are different, learn in different ways, and grow and mature at different rates. We provide a warm, loving environment for the child's first separation from parents. Our stimulating, developmentally appropriate curriculum includes hands-on learning experiences that use the child's natural learning abilities and interests to further his/her development.
