Torah School

The goal of the Torah School is to foster and strengthen Jewish identity through a diverse range of educational experiences, integrating and encouraging Jewish living in the synagogue, the community, and the home.

We offer enrichment programming for Pre-School, Elementary, Middle, and High School students, adapting each year’s topics to fit their interests, including social action, theater, and college preparation.

Sunday Mornings, Weekly Torah School classes 
9:15 a.m.-11:45 a.m. - Trans K,  through sixth grade

Wednesday afternoons
4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. — Third through sixth graders, focusing on Hebrew and Judaic studies

Wednesday Evenings 
6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. — Seventh to twelfth graders for advanced classes covering theology, Jewish history, and more.

B'Mitzvah 

B'Mitzvah

Our B'Mitzvah Students explore key Shabbat prayers, learn to chant from the Torah, participate in a Mitzvah Project, and write and present their own D’var Torah (speech). Individualized one-on-one skills training will cater to each student's needs, helping them discover their passions while deepening their connection to their Jewish heritage.

Kabbalat Torah - Confirmation

The Confirmation year under Rabbi Lisa focuses on personal identity, beliefs, and the significance of Judaism for our teens. This enriching experience includes weekly classes, a Shabbaton with parents, a havdalah and blessing, and a student-led Confirmation service on Shavuot. Overall, it strengthens friendships and fosters lifelong connections.
